GTA 6 cheats
There are no GTA 6 cheat codes, because the game is not out. Any list you find today was invented. We will publish codes here once they exist and have been tested.
How to spot a fake list
Fake cheat lists are everywhere already, and they follow a pattern. These are the tells:
- Broken numbering. Entries skip numbers, or the same number appears twice.
- The same code for different cheats. If three weapon cheats share one code, nobody tested anything.
- Spelling mistakes. Real codes are short, uppercase and spelled correctly. "THUNDERSTORN" is not a cheat, it is a typo.
- Figures inherited from old games. A cheat giving you "$250K" is lifted from San Andreas in 2004.
- Vehicle names from GTA 5. Buzzard, Comet, PCJ-600. No GTA 6 vehicle names have been published.
If a page lists codes for a game that has not shipped, everything else on that page is worth the same. It is a reasonable signal about the whole site.
How cheats have worked in the series
GTA 6 has no codes yet, but the mechanics have been consistent enough that it is reasonable to expect something similar:
| Method | How it works | Catch |
|---|---|---|
| Controller combination | A button sequence entered during play | Has to be entered again after each session |
| In-game phone | Dial a number from the phone | Numbers stay in the call history, so they are easier to reuse |
In GTA 5, activating a cheat disabled trophies and achievements for that session, and you could not save with cheats running. Rockstar has not said whether GTA 6 does the same. Unconfirmed
When the real codes arrive
Historically, players find them within hours of release. That puts the realistic answer at 19 or 20 November 2026. This page gets them when they are verified, not when they are rumoured. Unconfirmed

There are none yet. The game is not out. Any site showing you GTA 6 cheat codes today made them up.
ConfirmedWhen will cheat codes be known?
Within hours of release on 19 November 2026, once players start testing. They are usually found quickly.
UnconfirmedDo cheats disable achievements?
In GTA 5 they disabled trophies and achievements for that session, and saving with cheats active was blocked. Rockstar has not said whether GTA 6 works the same way.
UnconfirmedWill cheats work in multiplayer?
There is no multiplayer mode announced, so the question does not arise yet. In GTA Online, cheating gets accounts banned.
